1. Purpose and availability
tydd.memos-ai is a private-use productivity integration for Google Calendar and Google Tasks, operated through Main Hermes Digitaq. Access is limited to the owner and users expressly authorized by the operator; this public website does not offer open registration. These terms describe the conditions of authorized use.
tydd.memos-ai 是通过 Main Hermes Digitaq 运行的个人日程与待办管理服务，仅供所有者及运营者明确授权的用户使用。本公开网站不提供开放注册。本条款说明经授权使用服务的条件。
2. Account authorization and control
Only connect accounts you own or have permission to manage. Sign-in and identity verification take place directly with Google and are completed by the account owner. OAuth permissions allow the integration to perform supported operations, but do not constitute blanket permission for every action. Calendar changes, task changes and invitations must follow the owner's instructions and intended recipients.
仅可连接本人拥有或有权管理的账号。Google 登录和身份验证由账号所有者直接完成。OAuth 权限使服务能够执行支持的操作，但不代表任意行动都已获准。日程、待办修改及邀请须符合所有者指示和预定收件人。
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the integration for unlawful activity, unauthorized account access, spam, security abuse or infringement of others' rights. Do not submit passwords, OAuth tokens or confidential account data through this public website or its URLs. You remain responsible for the instructions you provide and for ensuring that any recipients or shared data are appropriate.
不得用于违法活动、未经授权的账号访问、垃圾信息、安全滥用或侵害他人权利。请勿通过本公开网站或其网址提交密码、OAuth 令牌或机密账号信息。使用者应确保所给指示、收件人及共享数据适当。
4. AI assistance and limitations
The assistant may make mistakes, including misunderstandings of dates, times or task intent. Review important results and maintain your own checks for critical appointments and deadlines. The service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. Availability depends on Google, Cloudflare, the configured AI providers and the owner's systems; uninterrupted operation or permanent authorization is not guaranteed.
助手可能出错，包括误解日期、时间或任务意图。重要结果应复核，关键预约和截止日期应保留独立检查。本服务不能替代法律、医疗、财务等专业意见。服务依赖 Google、Cloudflare、所选 AI 服务及所有者的系统，不保证持续无中断运行或永久免重新授权。
5. Privacy and third-party services
The privacy policy explains Google data access, AI processing, storage, sharing, retention and deletion. Google's terms and the applicable terms of other providers continue to apply to their services. tydd.memos-ai is independently operated and is not a Google product or an assertion of Google endorsement.
隐私政策说明 Google 数据的访问、AI 处理、存储、共享、留存及删除。Google 和其他服务商的服务仍受各自适用条款约束。tydd.memos-ai 独立运营，并非 Google 产品，也不表示获得 Google 背书。
6. Ending use and service changes
You may stop using the integration and revoke access through Google Account → Third-party connections. Revocation does not automatically delete existing events, tasks or previously retained assistant records. For deletion requests, follow the privacy policy or contact the operator. The operator may restrict or suspend the integration for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or legal requirements. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated effective date and communicated to authorized users as appropriate.
你可随时停止使用，并在 Google 账号的第三方连接中撤销授权。撤销不会自动删除现有日程、待办或此前保留的助手记录；删除请求请按隐私政策提出或联系运营者。因安全、维护、防止滥用或法律要求，运营者可限制或暂停服务。重大条款变更将在此更新日期，并适当通知授权用户。
7. Rights and contact
No service fee or paid subscription is established by these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Questions about these terms can be sent to digitaqmain@gmail.com.
