Privacy policy
This policy covers the tydd.memos-ai Google Calendar and Google Tasks integration and this public information website.

1. Information accessed
With the account owner's OAuth permission, the private integration accesses calendar identifiers, names, settings and events (including titles, times, descriptions, locations and attendee details), plus Google task lists and tasks (including titles, notes, due dates and completion status). Only information needed for the requested task should be retrieved.
Granted scopes may include Google Calendar access, calendar event management, read-only calendar metadata/list access, and Google Tasks management. The exact permissions are shown on Google's consent screen and may differ between authorized accounts. This integration does not request Gmail message or Google Drive file access for these features.
2. Purposes and actions
Data is used to answer the owner's questions, organize schedules, manage tasks and perform explicitly authorized changes. Event invitations disclose event details to the recipients designated by the owner. Information is not sold, used for advertising, or used by the operator to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
3. Assistant processing and service providers
The integration runs through the owner's private Hermes assistant. Information relevant to an instruction may be included in assistant conversations and sent to the configured AI inference provider (including OpenAI when selected) to generate the requested response or action. Responses may be delivered through the owner's chosen messaging service, such as Telegram, or saved to an owner-designated workspace. This is not a claim that all processing stays on the owner's device.
Disclosure is limited to providing the requested functionality, the owner's explicit sharing instructions, security needs or legal obligations. Service-provider processing is subject to the applicable provider terms and data controls. Changing the integration's data uses requires updating this policy and obtaining any necessary consent.
4. Storage and security
OAuth access and refresh tokens are held in the owner's private credential storage, separately for each account. The Main dedicated account's credentials are stored in the macOS Keychain; legacy personal-account credentials use a restricted local credential file. Tokens and passwords are not embedded in these public pages or deployed to this website.
Google remains the source of the calendars and tasks. Relevant copies may remain in private assistant history, task outputs or owner-requested records. Access is limited to the owner and authorized operations. HTTPS protects network transport; no storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security.
5. Retention, revocation and deletion
Credentials are retained while the integration is authorized and needed. The owner can remove this app's access at Google Account → Third-party connections. Revoking access stops future authorized API access; it does not automatically erase prior assistant history, records or the original Google events and tasks.
For deletion of integration-held credentials or retained copies, contact digitaqmain@gmail.com and identify the relevant account without sending a password. The operator will verify the request, remove applicable data from active stores, and explain any remaining copies subject to backup rotation or legal retention. Original Google data is changed or deleted only on the owner's instruction. This integration does not promise a single fixed retention period across the owner's different history and backup systems.
6. Public website and Cloudflare
This website serves static files on Cloudflare. It has no application login, forms, advertising scripts or application analytics. Visiting it does not authorize Google access. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request metadata and security-related cookies as needed to deliver and protect the site, under its privacy policy. Do not send passwords, tokens or private calendar data in website URLs.
7. Google API Limited Use
tydd.memos-ai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Human access to Google user data is limited to the owner's authorized purposes and the exceptions permitted by that policy.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes to these practices will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Questions, access requests and deletion requests can be sent to digitaqmain@gmail.com.
